Please read these Terms of Use in order to understand the procedures and terms of use that have been applied, because by using our platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, then you are respectfully advised to stop or not access our platform

Access or passwords that are allowed to be created or accessed are only those intended for the user or customer. You are not allowed to attempt or access the protected area of the platform without the permission of use by the CSI-ZONE technical party. Violation of this rule is a violation based on the applicable laws in Indonesian law.

If you are under 18 years of age, the consent of your guardian and parents is required for each of the following actions:

your actions;
fees associated with the use of services, products on our platform; and

Definitions & Interpretation Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and provisions in Annex 1 will apply to these Terms of Use.
General use of the Service and/or access to the platform
1. Guidelines for using the platform and/or the Service: you agree to comply with any and all guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions relating to the use of the Service and/or access to the platform, as well as any amendments thereto, issued by us, from time to time. to time. Use or upload or upload software or materials that contain / are suspected of containing viruses, destructive components, malicious code or harmful components in any way that can damage data or cause platform damage or interfere with the operation of other Customers' computers or mobile devices or platforms or the Service ; and
7. Using the platform outside of the rules / policies for the use of each connected computer network
Platform availability: We may upgrade, modify, suspend, discontinue provisioning, remove, either in whole or in part from the platform, without giving reasons & prior notice, and are not responsible if such upgrade, modification, suspension or removal prevents you from accessing the platform or part of the Service.
The right, but not the obligation, to monitor content: We have the right, but not the obligation to:
1. Monitor, screen or control any activity, content or material on the platform and/or through the Service. In our sole discretion, we may investigate any breach of the terms and conditions set forth herein and may take any action it deems appropriate or appropriate;
2. Prevent or restrict customer access to the platform;

Service Use
1. Application of this Clause: Apart from all the terms and conditions in these Terms of Use, the provisions of this Article 3 are additional terms that are specific to your use of the Service.
2. Restrictions: Use of the Service is limited to legitimate Customers who are of legal age and who have the legal capacity to enter/make an agreement/agreement and bind themselves under applicable law. Transmissions over the Internet and electronic mail may be subject to interruption, transmission outage, delayed transmission due to Internet traffic or improper data transmission due to the public nature of the Internet.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vouchers either physical or digital released by CSI-ZONE can only be used on platforms owned by CSI-ZONE or its officially recognized affiliates on the CSI-ZONE platform
The use of vouchers on the platform can be applied to the checkout page
Unique vouchers can only be used for one time purchase (unless there is another statement on the terms and conditions page of the promo)
Universal vouchers can be used for multiple purchases (unless otherwise stated on the terms and conditions page of the promo)
CSI-ZONE has the full right to cancel an order or an order using a voucher if CSI-ZONE unilaterally suspects fraud in various forms; such as the use of multiple accounts/check outs from the same customer with different accounts. CSI-ZONE assigns the same customer based on name, telephone number, address, email or other information or data or findings of CSI-ZONE
Vouchers cannot be cashed or traded
CSI-ZONE is free from compensation in any form for cancellation of orders related to this voucher
Terms & Conditions of Use of this voucher can be changed at any time without notice individually/unilaterally
